Meet The Instructors

Hi, I’m Hannah Creamer (formerly Eddins), and I’m the owner of ELMNT CYCLE! I discovered my passion for group fitness after having back surgery several years ago, which took me out of contact sports and led me to a whole new world. For the past 8+ years, I’ve been teaching in NC, VA, DC, and NYC, sharing my love for movement with every community I’ve been part of.

I started as a cycle instructor but have also taught bootcamp, HIIT, sculpt, pilates, Solidcore, and dance cardio. When I began teaching at 19, I earned the nickname “the Energizer Bunny” for my non-stop energy (and yes—I still talk a million miles a minute without ever touching coffee!). Expect to hear Ke$ha, Beyoncé, and a little Miley Cyrus blasting in my classes.

I can’t wait to meet you in the studio and ride with you soon!

Hi, I'm Kate Boucek! I fell in love with cycling when I realized every class is about you and the bike. It’s a chance to tune out the noise of the outside world and spend 45 minutes focused on becoming the best version of you, whether that means pushing your limits or just showing up and moving your body. In my class, expect high energy and playlists packed with everything from rap and pop to your favorite remixes. We’re going to work hard and have a blast doing it!

Hi, everyone! My name is Brelyn Binkley, I’m one of the founding instructors at ELMNT Cycle. I’m originally from Jackson, Mississippi, and currently, I’m a student at Ole Miss, majoring in Allied Health Studies on the pre-nursing track with a minor in Psychology.

I’ve been a dancer my whole life, which has kept me active and instilled in me a love for movement and rhythm. That passion naturally led me to discover my love for cycling, where I’ve found the perfect blend of staying active, enjoying great music, and moving to the beat. One artist who will always get me going in class is Britney Spears, so you can always expect to hear some Britney and throwback 2000s mixes in my classes!

As an instructor, my goal is to create a positive, high-energy environment where every rider feels inspired to push their limits and enjoy the journey. I can’t wait to ride with you and be part of your fitness journey at ELMNT Cycle!

My name is Malina Sayaovong, I am a Senior Marketing major here at Ole Miss and I am also currently a third year on the cheerleading team! I have always found joy in movement and ELMNT is just the perfect combination of fun and hard work.

Hi! My name is Courtney. I’ve been spinning for over 10 years—first as a client, then as an instructor since 2018. When I’m not spinning, I’m working my “day job” as an attorney, or cheering on the Rebels with my husband, Kevin.

I was never a very big “fitness” gal, but spin forever changed all of that. There’s nothing like riding together in a dark room to the sound of pulsing music. In my class, we ride to the beat and have a party on the bike! You’ll learn fun choreography, jumps, and pushes, all while riding as a group and feeding off that collective energy. I like to foster a welcoming environment where you will have fun, but also feel empowered to challenge yourself. I can’t wait for you to ride with our crew!

Hey Yall!! My name is Taylor Little and I am a current grad student here at Ole Miss! I am originally from Hernando, MS and have been an instructor at ELMNT since we opened in February! I found my passion for cycle when I was in high school, the loud music, fun beats, and energy really sucked me in!

This is my first time teaching a group fitness class, and when I am not in the studio, you can find me playing pickleball, shopping, or spending time with those I love! I cannot wait to meet everyone in class! There will be a guaranteed good time and great music! I love all things rap and hip hope, especially my girls Glorilla and Sexxy Red! I love fun, high energy classes, and hope to see you there!

What’s up! My name is JT and I’m originally from Florida and now a student at Ole Miss majoring in Allied Health Studies. I’ve taught group fitness before and have always loved being in a coaching role, whether it was through fitness or competing in track and field. That passion for leading others and building a team atmosphere is what brought me to teaching cycle.

My classes are packed with energy, music that keeps you moving, and a push to go further than you thought you could. You’ll usually find me blasting a mix of EDM and throwbacks that set the vibe from start to finish. I can’t wait to meet you in class and ride together at ELMNT!

Hi, I’m Bess Fisher, one of the founding instructors at ELMNT Cycle! I grew up in Mobile, Alabama, and made Oxford my home when I came here for college at Ole Miss—and never left. When I’m not on the bike, I practice law at Mitchell McNutt, a firm on the Oxford Square.

You’ll usually find me teaching in the mornings (with the occasional evening or Saturday ride mixed in). What I love most about ELMNT is the community—how it gives us all a space to step away from everyday stress and connect with people who start as strangers and quickly become friends. My playlists lean heavy on “girlie jams” with plenty of Lil Wayne and T-Pain sprinkled in. My goal in every class is to bring high energy, positivity, and create an environment where the time flies and you leave feeling stronger and happier. Can’t wait to ride with you!

I’m Alex, and my teaching journey began with yoga, where I fell in love with pairing movement, music, and community. That passion eventually brought me to the bike, where I love creating classes that feel like a night out—high energy, full of good music, and always fun. I’ve taught various yogas, row, and cycle. My day job is as a psychiatric nurse practitioner and I love marrying the body and mind both in and out of the studio.

I’m a new mom, a wife, and your hype-girl—here to keep the vibes high, make movement fun, and help you leave every ride feeling strong in body and mind.

Hi everyone! My name is Lily Mullen and I am from Sacramento, California. I am currently a senior at Ole Miss and am majoring in Psychology. My hope is to one day open my own practice where I will be a marriage and family therapist. My first cycling experience was in 7th grade when my Mom took me to a local studio very similar to ELMNT. I immediately fell in love with it; the energy in the room, the music, dancing on the bike, and the sense of community I felt. When taking my class, you can expect all of that and more! Cycling is one of my favorite passions and I am so grateful for the opportunity to share that with all of you. Hope to see you in the studio!
